"When my (now) wife and I were engaged, we set about looking for a feet-in-the-sand type of place We had 50 people from all over the country descend upon Ambergris for a week in the sun. Scott and Jodie pulled out all the stops for us. Scott smoked a ton of pork, which got great reviews (mind you, a good portion of our crew is from Kansas City, so they know from good BBQ). People devoured the fish tacos…I could go on and on. Everything went perfectly, and people liked it so much that at least half of our visitors went back the day after wedding for more food and drinks.
Bottom line: you just gotta’ go. The setting is fantastic, the food is great, the drinks are cold, and Scott and Jodie can help you with anything you need to know about Ambergris.
