Hello friends, neighbors, and visitors, The NEW Owners of the Palapa Bar and Grill located in Tres Cocos just a mile north of the cut from San Pedro, Ambergris Caye Belize, welcome you 
Scott and Jodie are looking forward to meeting and welcoming all of you in June of 2007.
Come on out to The Palapa and enjoy the cool breezes on the Caribbean overlooking the reef while sipping your favorite ice cold beer, frozen tropical drink, rum punch or top shelve liquor of your choice.
Coming soon will be a selection of fresh homemade appetizers, Jodies smoked fish dip, snacks, Scott’s smoked pulled pork samiches with slow cooked southern style baked beans, chickens and local favorite dishes.
We will feature daily meal specials based on the freshest available local food, fish, fruits and vegtables at reasonable prices.
The beer will be ICE Cold with tropical drink, shot or shooter specials offered each day.

Hello everyone,
We are getting closer and would like to THANK everyone that has been there through the years and we are going to miss ya all.
IF as many people show up as they said they would we will buy a resort motel to house everyone
Keepin touch and keep looking at the website, we have not had alot of time to get on and post, but we will.
We have signed up for ” Skype ” which is an internet based website which allows you to use a microphone on your computer and talk ANYWHERE in the world to anyone else who has Skype for free.

Hello everyone,
Things are picking up since we brought good, hot food to the Palapa.
The hot smoked pork sandwiches are a hit and we have added Cheeseburgers and Nachos.
Starting the LAST Saturday of the month on the 28th of July at 1:30 we will have Dennis Wolfe performing at The Palapa.
Come on out and enjoy the cool breezes out over thw water at The Palapa.

The Palapa Bar had it’s very first : Cornholin on the Beach ” BBQ and live music this last Sunday.
People came out to find out just what a cornholing contest on the beach was about and were very happy with the outcome.
There was live music by local musicians Dale, Hurricane Keith and a special appearance by recording artist Kelly Mc Guire.
The BBQ chicken and ribs were very tasty and the drinks were flowing well.
We will most likely continue with the beach cornholing and BBQ on at least one Sunday of the month ( To be announced )
We also added a swimming area with innertubes to float in and get beers by the bucket with enjoying some sunshine.

Great cheeseburger & punch! Can’t wait to come back in December & try the pulled pork sandwich & beans.
